Okayshon (pronounced oh kay shun) is run from Lagos, Nigeria. This page explains in plain words what we keep when you use the site.
What we collect
Your email and name when you create an account, the templates and photos you upload, the designs you generate, and basic technical details such as your IP address and a device fingerprint used only to stop free-trial abuse.
How we use it
To render your designs, keep your history re-downloadable, count your free or monthly allowance, process payments through Paystack, and reply when you contact support.
Payments
Card details never touch our servers. Paystack handles the transaction and returns only a reference, an amount and a status, which we store against your account for receipts and renewals.
Storage and access
Uploads and generated files live in private storage. Only your signed-in account can request a download link, and links expire. Staff access is limited to what is needed to fix a reported problem.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share only with the services that run the product: our hosting and database provider, and Paystack for billing.
Your choices
You can ask us to export or delete your account, uploads and history at any time. Deleting an account removes your designs permanently, so download anything you want to keep first.
